* Handmade by me with luxurious, Hand dyed 100% merino wool yarn that is ultra soft in my clean, smoke-free, pet-friendly (dog) home.
* Fit: Slight slouch with plenty of stretch.
* Faux fur pompom is removable and well-secured.
* Size Adult - 20" to 23"
* Measurement: Laying flat 9.5" across the bottom of the beanie X 9" from top to bottom of the beanie.

I can't find my DIGITAL Download
To download your pdf pattern:
• Go to etsy.com on your computer or phone/tablet web browser (you cannot access your download via the Etsy app)
• On the top right, click your avatar labeled "You"
• From the dropdown, select "Purchases and reviews"
• You should see all patterns here, with a "Download Files" button off to the right
If you checked out as a guest, or if you haven’t received an email with the pattern link, chances are your payment is still being processed. Etsy will not send you the link until your payment goes through. You may also need to check your spam/junk folder. Please allow 48 hours for your link to come through before contacting me.
I thought I was getting a physical item and I want a refund
I do not give refunds for my digital patterns, as it has technically already been sent to you as an instant download and my item clearly states it is a digital pdf and not a physical item in both the title and description.
